I like Assemblage 23. Haven't listened to them much lately, but I used to listen to them while running and biking on the trail.

well I have two is Beat the Beat up from DJ Pauly D like he's my totally favorite dj and he's so my guy. It gets me out of my funk and it's just beats. He's so amazing.
Then I also like Rob Thomas Lonely No More. I dunno why but my old friend sang it at kareokee and I now can't get it out of my head. Funny thing is I haven't seen in like years.
